Proof of Consent — Summary
By submitting the free roof inspection request form on stormforgepro.com, users explicitly provide their name, phone number, email address, and property information, and agree to be contacted by StormForge Pro via SMS text message, phone call, and email regarding their inspection request. Consent is obtained at the point of form submission through a clearly visible disclosure statement and a required consent checkbox displayed directly above the submit button.
1. How We Collect Consent
Consent to receive SMS messages and other communications is collected through the lead submission form on stormforgepro.com. Immediately above the "Get My Free Inspection" submit button, the following disclosure is displayed to every user, alongside a required, unchecked consent checkbox that the user must click before the submit button becomes enabled:
"I consent to receive autodialed / prerecorded calls, SMS texts, and emails from StormForge Pro regarding this inspection request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
No form submission is possible without the user actively checking the consent box and clicking the submit button. Consent is never pre-checked, assumed, or inferred.
2. What You Are Consenting To
By submitting the form, you consent to receive:
- A confirmation SMS acknowledging receipt of your inspection request
- Follow-up SMS messages from StormForge Pro to schedule and confirm your inspection
- Email communications related to your roof inspection request
- Phone calls from StormForge Pro regarding your request
Message frequency varies based on your request and the scheduling process. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
3. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent.

This information is used solely by StormForge Pro to process your inspection request and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent records with any third parties for marketing purposes.

SMS messages are sent from +1 (833) 817-7484, operated by StormForge Pro. This is a toll-free number used exclusively for lead confirmation and follow-up communications related to roof inspection requests submitted on stormforgepro.com.
