1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how StormForge Pro ("StormForge Pro," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit stormforgepro.com (the "Site") or use our lead-matching service (the "Service").

StormForge Pro is a lead-generation platform. We partner with a single vetted roofing contractor in each market under a direct contractual agreement and refer inspection requests from that market to that one contractor. We are not a roofing contractor ourselves, do not perform roofing work, and are not party to the inspection or repair contract between you and our partner contractor.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Full name
• Phone number (used for SMS + voice contact)
• Email address
• Property address and ZIP code
• Type of roof damage or project you're inquiring about
• Any additional details you voluntarily submit

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate geolocation (used to detect your region and pre-check storm activity)
• Browser type, device type, operating system
• Pages visited, referrer URL, time on page
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (including Meta / Facebook Pixel)

Information from third-party data sources:

• NOAA / National Weather Service storm data tied to your submitted ZIP code
• Geocoding data from public ZIP lookup services (zippopotam.us, OpenStreetMap / Nominatim)
• IP-based location data from ipapi.co and ipwho.is

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Refer you to the single vetted roofing contractor we partner with in your area so they can provide a free inspection
• Contact you by phone, SMS, and email to confirm and schedule your inspection
• Record consent for SMS and voice communications per the TCPA
• Analyze storm history near your property to inform the inspection
• Detect and prevent fraud, spam, bot submissions, and service abuse
• Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Service
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Our partner roofing contractor in your area. We have a direct contractual relationship with exactly one vetted, licensed, and insured roofing contractor per market. After you submit the form, we share your name, phone number, email, property address, and damage / project type with that single contractor so they can contact you directly and schedule your free inspection. That contractor becomes an independent controller of your information and handles it under their own privacy practices and the contractual obligations we require of them. We do not share your information with multiple contractors, competitive bidding networks, or lead-aggregator marketplaces.
• Service providers. We use the following vendors to operate the Service, each of whom receives only the data necessary for their function and is bound by a data-processing agreement:
  • Twilio (SMS delivery and toll-free messaging)
  • Resend (transactional email)
  • HubSpot (CRM and lead lifecycle management)
  • Vercel (website hosting)
  • Cloud database providers (lead storage)
  • Meta Platforms / Facebook (conversion tracking via the Meta Pixel)
• Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of StormForge Pro, our users, or the public.
• Business transfer. If StormForge Pro is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

5. SMS / Text Messaging (TCPA)

When you submit the inspection form, you consent to receive SMS text messages from StormForge Pro and our partner contractor regarding your inspection request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; reply HELP for help.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure ad performance, and track conversions. Specifically:

• Meta / Facebook Pixel — tracks page views and lead-form submissions so we can measure ad effectiveness on Meta platforms.
• Essential cookies — required for the Site to function (session, security).
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may break parts of the Site. You can also opt out of Meta's interest-based advertising via Meta's Ad Preferences.

You generally have similar rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising. Submit requests to the same email above. We will verify your identity and respond within the timeframe required by your state's law (typically 45 days).

Global Privacy Control (GPC):

We honor GPC signals where required by law as an opt-out-of-sale / opt-out-of-sharing request.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations (including TCPA recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead submissions are retained for at least 4 years to support TCPA consent records and any related legal inquiries.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This includes TLS / HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls on our databases, and vetting of service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults 18+ and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. International Users

StormForge Pro is operated from the United States and serves U.S. homeowners only. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the U.S. under U.S. law.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
